Indiana Bones and Temple of Groom

We have had five Irish water spaniels in the last 45 years, and Indiana bones, and the temple of groom have been the best rumors we have ever used! They are compassionate, kind, fairly priced, on time and just wonderful. Highly recommend.

The folks at Indiana Bones and the temple of Groom have been taking care of Miss Dior since I got her. They do an outstanding job, take care of my Yorkie and she looks great every time.

This place ROCKS! The name alone sealed the deal for me … to say nothing of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. My dog came back smelling like a geranium, with a clean, soft, freshly trimmed coat — they made adjustments on the spot for me and my little pup is happy as a lark 🙌🏻 (and so are we!)

The first time I took my dogs to this location, they left a cotton ball in my dog’s ear. She kept scratching and shaking her head, but I didn’t realize what was wrong until the cotton ball flew out at home. I let it slide since we’ve always had great service at the Simi Valley location. The second time I made an appointment, it was booked for the wrong day by another staff member. The person at the front desk was clearly disgruntled and blamed me for the mistake. I tried to smooth things over and kindly asked if they could still groom my dogs, but the passive-aggressive attitude and indifference were palpable. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their care and I was offended by the negative behavior. I ended up leaving, telling them this was bs. For peace of mind and excellent service, I strongly recommend driving to the Simi Valley location—it’s absolutely worth it.

All the staff are so nice and caring, and this is a truly wonderful place to take your dogs. I can't thank them enough.

I have taken all of my Cocker Spaniels here for the last 30 years (since it was Diane’s Grooming). 30ish years ago, I switched from another groomer because their prices were too high. I am still paying less than what that groomer wanted 30 years ago! But, that is not the reason I come. I TOTALLY trust them with my precious pups. They know dogs and dog behavior. When my current pup first went in, as a baby, Diane scheduled him for early in the morning, so she could take her time with him and work at his pace. When I picked him up, she told me I had some homework to do. Evidently, he didn’t like his face being groomed. We talked about it and I worked with him. There has never been a problem, since. They also worked on a dog that my husband had (before we were married) that had been banned from other groomers. They never had a problem with him! They are kind, but firm. Also, they do a great job! As far as I am concerned, there are no other groomers in the Conejo Valley.

How they are still in business amazes me. They have different people both times I got my dog groomed. They hurt my dog she’s in so much pain . Then they call me 5 hours later to pick up another dog which is not mine. You try calling and all you get is an answering machine. All the care about is money NOT your baby… Worst place I’ve ever been and I take my girl grooming once a month . Be aware!!!
