Dr. Hefner is always so patient and understanding. He always does what is best for the dog and makes the most sense. I have an elderly dog and he always wants to keep her comfortable and not stressed. He is thorough and compassionate for his patients. He is also very calm. My dog always licks him to say thank you. His assistant is also very patient and understanding. Dr. Hefner is a very good vet and I always feel comfortable he is take good care of my dog. Better Vet is the best.

The doctors and staff are AMAZING! They will sit on the floor with your dog if they are timid and have them warm up to you before they start anything. They take their time and really care for their patients. They are amazing with following ups, etc. They also aren’t pushy for unnecessary testing etc knowingly vet bills can really add up. Dr. T & Dr. Hefner will tell you what is necessary and have a lot of compassion. Love love love these vets and so do my pups!

They are the best! Dr.H really cares about his patients. My cats are skittish and having their medical care at home sure keeps them calm and allows for them to transition back to normal a lot easier when their appointments are done. Might cost a little more, but definitely worth it!

Over the years I have had many pets and many trips to a veterinarian’s office. I now have a dog who is scared of other dogs that make trips to a traditional vets office very stressful for both of us.
