Cornwall has provided security at my HOA for the last 4 years and they have done a consistently great job. The officers are professional, responsive and you can tell they care about keeping the community safe. The operations manager has been accessible and knowledgeable if I've ever had a question on concern. They enforce the HOA rules fairly, which I appreciate as a resident.
After emailing with the business owner and his amazing team, we were able to come to an understanding. They ultimately went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate everyone’s effort in taking the extra step to ensure my satisfaction. Horrible service. Rude operations manager Juan has a bad attitude and very little knowledge. Hire a different security company to save yourself headaches.
