i found greg after anxiously googling for a general inspector who I needed to come to the house at short notice. He was very responsive and was able to meet me the very next day on day 0 of escrow. What made things even better was that greg was able to do mold sampling for me as well. He made the process super easy, checked everything in the house with detail, was able to give us a lot of good advice on the house, and most importantly, told us to speak to a structural engineer about the foundation of the home... which lead us to find out about some very serious and costly repairs. He tells you which things are most concerning and others that are good to note but dont need immediate attention, which helps put a first time home buyer at ease. He was super personable and friendly, and definitely caught more things than the inspector that the seller had used to inspect the home. Highly recommend!

Greg is the absolute BEST!! He is so professional, knowledgeable, and on your side to find out everything there is to know about your home. Greg did our home inspection when we were buying our first home and did an awesome job. He was very thorough and clearly communicated all of his findings. I cannot recommend Greg enough. He was responsive when we contacted him. On the morning of our home inspection in Santa Clarita, he timed it so he would arrive early enough to meet with our realtor, perform a thorough inspection, then have us arrive towards the end of the inspection. He then took the time to explain his findings and recommendations to us. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Not only was Greg great at the inspection, but he also wrote a prompt, detailed report, sent to our realtor and us as well. Greg charges fair prices and is worth every penny.
